Did you know that we rely on volunteers to accomplish the vast majority of our work? Our loyal and dedicated volunteers are one of the reasons why the Southside SPCA is able to do so much with limited financial resources.
There are many ways you can become involved with us and help support our lifesaving work!
Ways to Volunteer
We love our volunteers, but we need more help! We hope you will consider becoming a Southside SPCA volunteer today. Here are just a few of the many ways you can help:
- Volunteer at the shelter by walking dogs or socializing with the cats
- Become a dog foster
- Help with adoptions
- Join our fundraising group and help with local events
- Organize your own fundraiser or donation drive
- Help with shelter maintenance
- Volunteer at our Tailwaggers Thrift Store
- Become a board member
